Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa 4 نجوم

Myself and friends came here for Spa treatments last week, and what can I say other than… wow!! It was amazing. The treatments were incredible, really relaxing and my skin hasn’t stopped glowing!!! The therapist told me after my treatment what products I can purchase to keep my skin feeling just as nice, so we all treated ourselves. Everywhere was really clean and it was such a treat to have the facility use, the swimming pool was perfect and we loved the sauna. All the staff in the health club were so lovely and accommodating.

I was a bit nervous to come on my own for a spa day and use the facilities but that went away when I was greeted by the friendly gym and spa staff. I used the gym first so I could do my session then get into relaxation mode!! It had everything I need, it was also nice to receive fitness advice from the two staff on the gym desk. My spa day was so nice, next time I’ll bring my friends to have treatments! The spa and pool area was lovely and clean and really nice to spend the day there. Thank you Mercure for a great day!!

I came in for a spa day with my partner last week, the service from the off was exceptional. Very welcoming team, and explained our spa day and how it would work, we were so pleased with all of the facilities especially the sauna!!! Everything was really clean and well kept, it was great to see a member of staff constantly cleaning. We've already booked to come back (my partner's treat this time!) thank you so much to the whole team, we love it here.

I’ve had the chance to come back again to this hotel and I can say that I’ve had the same amazing experience like last time! The rooms are amazing, clean and smelling absolutely lovely! The food was 10/10, maybe because I’m not a picky eater but i loved it! But the most thing that pleased me was the staff. The reception staff and restaurant staff were always friendly and never seemed in a bad mood if i asked about something. The housekeeping staff, hats down to them! They kept my room clean on my stay period and I had an accident where i spilled some glitter in the bathroom and when i come back, the bathroom was just as new! Amazing staff, Mercure hotel. I had a lovely time and stay here. I will definitely come again !

We had are first stay at the mercure hotel and was welcome with a warm welcome from reception staff and was delighted with all the attention to detail that we was having regarding our stay with friendly staff and the welcome to stay from all staff especially Ruth at reception for her outstanding hosting...would 100% be coming to stay back at hotel also recommending to family ad friends as we all visit Cardiff and are looking to book somewhere with such a great venue and happy welcome to detail 😀
